Fremont Hills Stables' professional staff is headed by one of America's finest horsemen, Richard Sereni. Mr. Sereni offers services as an expert equine witness, licensed official for a number of horse associations, and provides horse transportation services. He is also an active member with the Los Altos Hills Fire District and Santa Clara CountyFire Department. Mr. Sereni is certified with the California State Fire Marshall for large animal rescue Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and a Disaster Service Worker (DSW) for the town of Los Altos Hills.
