Fremont Hills Stables Inc. professional staff is headed by one of America's finest horsemen, Richard Sereni. Mr. Sereni has adjudicated throughout the United States as well as internationally. He is a former member of AHSA Board of Directors and chairman of the AHSA Stock Seat Equitation Committee. He is a current member of the USA Equestrian Western Council.

Mr. Sereni offers services as an expert equine witness, consulting,  horse transportation services.
